What You Can Expect

As the Denver team transitions onto Capitol Services’ systems, you'll see:

• Same team, more support. You can continue working with your favorite service team members, now backed by additional dedicated resources to better serve you.
• Flexible order submission. You may also send requests to orders@capitolservices.com, which is managed nationally by experienced service teams across the U.S.
• Expanded service hours. Support is available from 8a to 10p Eastern.
• Updated branding and invoices. Capitol Services branding will begin appearing, without changing your service experience.
• More detailed lien search reporting. Reports will include additional lien and jurisdictional details and be available in PDF and Excel when applicable.
• A measured transition approach. We have planned a thoughtful approach to offer you more value while ensuring a smooth transition without disruption.
